IICF Horizon Award Gala will be held in an indoor space at the Majestic Downtown in Los Angeles. IICF continues to monitor the recommendations and mandates in accordance with the CDC, the State of California, Los Angeles County and the City of Los Angeles.  Those who have not been vaccinated should continue to wear a mask and socially distance. Please do not attend if you are suffering from COVID-19 symptoms. All guests will be asked to sign a waiver in advance of the event.

The Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation (IICF) is a unique nonprofit that unites the collective strengths of the insurance industry to help communities and enrich lives through grants, volunteer service and leadership. Established in 1994, IICF has served as the philanthropic foundation of the insurance industry for thirty years, contributing over $45 million in community grants along with 305,000 volunteer hours by more than 120,000 industry professionals.  IICF reinvests locally where funds are raised, serving hundreds of charities and nonprofit organizations, for maximum community impact.

Arizona Chapter

Since 2014, IICF’s Arizona Chapter has awarded over $158,000 in local community grants to organizations with programs focused in the areas of Children at Risk, Education, and Human Services. During 2020, IICF Arizona hosted two Fill the Truck food drives benefiting the St. Mary’s Food Bank Alliance. These efforts, in conjunction with the IICF Children’s Relief, enabled IICF Arizona to fund the distribution of 286,648 meals to children and families facing hunger as a result of the pandemic.

IICF is a national nonprofit with a local focus. Funds raised in Colorado, remain in Colorado through the IICF Community Grants Program to nonprofits focused in the areas of children at risk, education, and human services. IICF’s Colorado Chapter has awarded over $185,000 in local community grants. Since 2020, IICF Colorado has facilitated the distribution of over 64,000 meals locally through the Fill the Truck and Children's Relief Fund efforts.

IICF established the Pacific Northwest Chapter in 2017 and has since awarded over$100,000 to local nonprofits supporting children at risk, education, and human services. During 2020, IICF Pacific Northwest hosted a virtual basic needs drive benefiting Friends of the Children, Seattle. These efforts, in conjunction with the IICF Children’s Relief, enabled IICF Pacific Northwest to fund the distribution of 69,195 meals to children and families facing hunger as a result of the pandemic.
